A completed parts return form containing part number, quantity, purchase invoice number and reason for return must\u00a0accompany\u00a0all returns.<\/p>

All returns must be within 90 days from date of invoice. All parts that are not in original resalable packaging, or parts that have been\u00a0installed, modified, rebuilt,\u00a0reconditioned, repaired, altered or damaged in any way, cannot be returned for credit.<\/p>

Reliable Parts reserves the right to charge a restocking\u00a0fee with the following exceptions: damaged parts, warranty parts or returns\u00a0as a result\u00a0of Reliable Parts error. These items will not be charged a\u00a0restocking fee.<\/p>

Special order parts (non stock), parts that have been\u00a0installed\u00a0or parts that are not in their original\u00a0unmarked resalable packaging cannot be returned for credit.\u00a0<\/p>

The Manufacturer’s Exchange\u00a0Authorization\u00a0number may be required if a unit has been exchanged by the manufacturer and the servicer wants to return non-stock parts.<\/p>

All returned parts must be shipped\u00a0prepaid. Any returns that are shipped collect will have shipping costs\u00a0deducted\u00a0from their credit.<\/p>

Reliable Parts must be\u00a0notified\u00a0within 48 hours of any short shipments or damaged parts.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Warranty parts may need to be returned to your nearest Reliable Parts branch or Distribution Centre, along with a completed Warranty Claim Form (found in the footer of our site).<\/strong><\/p>
